As part of our fund raising for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in, we had planned in 2020 to take part in a trekking challenge in Northern India. This was cancelled due to the pandemic, so Instead, we've decided to take on a challenge closer to home. During 2021 we are going to climb the 3 highest mountains in the UK, Snowdon (Wales/April), Scafell Pike (England/July),  and Ben Nevis (Scotland/September). We are raising money for CFT to help win the battle against CF and in memory of our niece, Joanna, who lost her battle with CF in 2016 aged 24.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-limiting genetic condition affecting more than 10,000 people across the UK. It affects the lungs and digestive system and can cause chronic infections and reduced lung function. Currently, half of those with CF will not live past age 41.The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is fighting for a brighter future for people with CF and their families by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way.
